what would you say
if later today, I came over
and crapped on your lawn?
or pulled down my trousers
in the midst of your flowers
and emptied my bowels before dawn?
oh no! don’t do that
it could lead to a spat
between neighbours who should get along
and respect others’ places
as well as shared spaces
where we all have the right to belong
put an end to the messes
that are causing distresses
because the practice
is so clearly wrong
of failing to scoop the smelly pet poop
into which some are sliding headlong
clean up the streets,
and the parks you dead beats
make your animals shit where they should
not in my grass,
or I’ll be kicking your ass
outta here and on to hong kong!
